Bottom Up Entertainment is a media company based out of Atlanta, GA whose primary focus is promoting independent hip-hop artists. Through networking and advertising ourselves at key events and with key industry personnel, we position ourselves to draw attention from people who can actually make a difference in an artists career such as A&R reps from multiple labels, DJ’s through out the nation and hip-hop fans from all over the Globe. We remove a lot of the leg work traditionally required by major labels and DJ’s by directing them to a consistent source of quality music from quality artists.

In order for Bottom Up Radio to maintain the ability to provide exclusive opportunities to our artists, we must maintain a reputation of providing quality music; because of this, all artists songs must be submitted and approved via email prior to purchasing the promotional packages offered below. Please send your music in MP3 format to Artist@bottomupradio.com and click here for more info on music/content submission.  Purchases made without pre-approval stand the possibility of funds being returned with a transaction fee deduction of $3.99. These funds will be returned within two business days.

Terms and Agreements

Artist songs may be sold individually or as a full album.

Individual songs….. ..$0.99 max
Album………………$11.99 max

Bottom Up Entertainment will receive an 8% fee from all sales made through www.bottomupradio.com

Promtion packages must be purchased a maximum of one time per every three months. Any funds received by Bottom Up Radio from quantities over one will result in a return of funds with a $3.99 deduction for transaction fees.

Bottom Up Entertainment, LLC will only issue payment through the Pay Pal online service. This requires all artists to provide a valid Pay Pal account in order to receive funds. Artists will receive a monthly sales report/account summary via email within the first through the fifth date of the following month. (Artists may not receive an update if no items were sold through their account during the corresponding time period )

All funds owed to artists will be distributed within the fist through the fifth date of the following month after the sale is made.

Due to the amount of work necessary to initiate the offered promotional packages, all promotion packages offered at www.bottomupradio.com are non-refundable unless the terms of service are unfulfilled by bottomupradio.com.

The full page setup provided with the Premium Package will remain on www.bottomupradio.com for a minimum of one year. After the first year, full page entries may be removed pending server space availability and sales history.

You represent and warrant to in a non-exclusive agreement that, in your use of the Bottom Up Radio Service, you: will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity or other legal right of any third party and will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You further represent and warrant to Bottom Up Radio that: there are no claims, demands or any form of litigation pending or, to the best of your knowledge, threatened with respect to any of your submitted music or content; Bottom Up Radio will not be required to make any payments to any third party in connection with its use of your Submissions. Bottom Up Radio does not assume the legal responsibility of any intellectual properties of your content and only acts as a selling agent to the intellectual properties.

Bottom Up Radio will not be responsible for any projected loss of revenue caused by technical difficulties beyond our control and will maintain the right to cancel all agreements without notice.
